Cancellation and Refund Policy
Notification of cancellation and request for refunds must be sent in writing to the EARCOME 9 Secretariat email.

All refund requests must be made by the attendee, paying organization, or credit card holder.
If a credit card was used for payment, refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used.
If refund is necessary by wire transfer, all applicable fees will be charged to the cancelling party.
Refunds requested by February 28 will be processed in March.
Requests made after that date will be processed once the conference has concluded.
